If my memory bank’s tank has any fuel left in it… if it serves me well, I believe I drew the above during church one day when I was a little kid growing up in West Linn. I’d often pull some scrap paper and ballpoint pens out of my church-pants-pocket and draw and draw and draw to pass the time.
A similar concept, aka multiple heads in row, check out this Broadway wallet.

As I’ve mentioned before, I use to be really into drawing mazes when I was a kid. There was just something about them, or perhaps what they represented, that I couldn’t resist. Flashing forward, above is a picture of my nephew. On a recent trip to visit (about 2 years ago), yours truly, ol’ Uncle Garett, pulled out a dry-erase marker and I drew a seemingly life size maze on my older sister’s patio door. My maze covered the entire door top to bottom. The biggest maze I had ever drawn. My little nephew then pulled out a stool, took my marker, and went to work on navigating the maze… but if I remember right… my maze stumped him. If I remember right, I think I had to help him finish. Image below is a maze I drew when I was a kid… I was probably about the same age as my nephew is now.

Me drew this friendly robot when I was 10 years old. I don’t remember what they called this metal character…all I remember is that he appeared in several Duck Tales episodes. This show was a big part of my childhood.

Me graduated from 5th Grade at Sunset Elementary School in 1991. Image above is the back of a T shirt I received commemorating this glorious event. Neon pink numbers, and signatures from my fellow classmates, render this old cotton T priceless. Rather than Sunset, our rival elementary school (Cedar Oak Elementary) called us “Skumset.” It’s ok, we called them “Cedar Croak…” This was my first experience with a rivalry. It was brutal.

We have room for nothing but positive thoughts these days.
This is the happiest drawing I’ve ever drawn.
I don’t need a pot of gold.
Silver will do just fine.
Let’s be honest, even silver is not necessary.

Me drawled about a hundred and fifty years ago…

My story is best told in person.

Me drew this about (20) years ago with colored pencil- Pictured above, is one of the dog characters I copied from the animated classic ,”Lady and the Tramp.”

Me drew this (with colored pencil) when I was 7 years old- notice the shading under the jaw bone and the alertness of the ears.
